THE BENEFITS OF MASSAGE

Massage is a practice that can lead to greater engagement, flow, ease, and connection. Through touch, our body can decipher itself in a way it cannot alone. The feedback we gain from our receptors alerts us to areas of tension. Touch is the guide, sensation the journey. Through coaxing pressure, and movement sensations of pain can diminish and energy can flow more freely.
